  • Recovery Coach / Assistant Grappling Coach

Off the BJJ mats, Anna studies and shares movement, yoga and meditation, which has continued to this day to be a massive inspiration and guiding light through challenging times. Yoga and BJJ have a beautiful partnership, providing that which the other lacks, and I try to blend my personal learning from both into my teaching.

Join Anna for some end of of day recovery sessions and learn how to actively regulate the nervous system post training to help move into rest and recovery more quickly.
